Once your package has shipped, you can choose where to store it.

You may also want to try shipping multiple items in one order. has a simple option that lets you see how many items you have available to ship.

The next step is to send a message to the seller via the Amazon Mail app.


You should receive a confirmation email that Amazon has placed your package for you.


You are now ready to start shipping.

You could be waiting up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive.

If the package does not arrive within a week, please send an email to Amazon’s Customer Service team at [email protected] and they will help you determine if it could have been delayed.

Amazon also offers a refund program for customers who receive an error message or are not receiving their package within the promised time.

If your package does arrive, you may want to contact Amazon Customer Service to request a refund for your account.


After your package is processed and you receive your refund, you are free to continue using Amazon Prime.

You won’t have to sign up for another subscription or pay any additional fees.
