Dish Network is trying to fix customer service after a recent viral video showing a woman being kicked off the network.

The woman says she has been using the network for nearly 10 years and has an ID with her name.
But the customer service rep told the woman that she needs to pay more than $50 to get back on the network, and said she had a credit card that she needed to use.
Dish Network said the woman was not authorized to speak with the public, and that her video is a misunderstanding.
It also said the customer support representative was working on a plan to improve customer service.DISH Network has been facing calls for better customer service since a video of a woman with a disabled dog, which appeared to show her being kicked from a plane, went viral in September.
It was shared more than 200,000 times on social media, and the company has since removed the video from its site.
